Coronavirus: Update

Published May 19, 2020 by Ben Williams

On 20th April we re-opened with a limited number of staff to provide a basic level of service to our customers. In the following weeks we have been constantly assessing demand and social distancing measures for staff and customers. In the following weeks since re-opening we’ve safely increased our staff numbers to meet increased activity as more customers return to work.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Sunday evening 10th May, and in combination with many other suppliers and customers already planning to return to work between 11th and 18th May we’ve seen continuing increases in activity and therefore we are doing our best to plan ahead with bringing more employees back to work to meet demand. We are currently managing to maintain our usual lead times with only a few exceptions.

As of 18th May we’re now manufacturing our complete product portfolio with only a few exceptions on large or over-sized items for example which due to current circumstances inevitably may experience some delay due to factors outside our control.

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support and say rest assured we are doing everything we can to ensure continued supply in the best and safest way possible.
