In 2016 we became a Licensed Partner for the supply and distribution of Pilkington’s fire protection products – Pyrostop® and Pyrodur®. With nearly two decades of experience in handling other fire products the move to Pilkington fire rated products we felt the move to Pilkington Pyrostop® and Pyrodur® complimented the range of Pilkington products we already had to offer.
As a fully accredited manufacturer of fire rated insulating glass units and single cut-size glass, our partnership with Pilkington allows us to call upon industry leading expertise and test evidence. Our customers can rely on us to advise, specify and supply the correct products to comply with regulation. We are also known for our industry leading experience and capability in cutting and shaping over-size fire-glass. Our saw and can traverse cuts up to 3150mm in length and our water-jet can cut any thickness and any shape required.

Your architect or specifier will advise, or Building Control will stipulate, what you need in order to comply with Building Regulations.
In order for a glazed installation to be compliant, fire glass must be installed into correctly constructed frames that meet Certifire standards or that have independent test evidence. Fire glass must also be glazed with the correct intumescent glazing materials stipulated within Certifire documents or test reports. It is only with the correct combination of glass, frame and glazing materials that an installation becomes compliant.
